There will be a day that he leaves, that is for sure. Even The One in Tuscaloosa will leave, eventually. He may have it in his head that he wants to stick it out to hit X, Y, or Z goals but in the end you have to recognize that this is a job for him and it's a career. At the end of the day he's going to do what is best for himself.
