RE: Florida lawyer says Gators honing in on Chip Kelly
Miss State is expected to be even better next season with those returning. Mullen may not want to leave a good situation and face a re-building or re-structuring job elsewhere immediately. But greater money at a school with a bigger name and better recruiting options, may be enough to lure him away. It's a choice of taking on a new challenge with bigger incentives, or hang onto a comfortable and optimistic situation for the next season. He may decide to wait another year. When he lets his name float, MSU comes up with more money and contract accommodations.
