The Chargers moved to LA way too soon
I realize they moved there to try be an equal partner in construction of the new stadium but overall, it was not too wise. They have no fanbase there, alienated their long time fanbase and will play red headed step child to the Rams, who were the long time team despite moving away for over two decades.

If nothing else, they moved too soon, even if Qualcomm is a dump. Or alternatively, they didn't move soon enough to become the first team there. They should have asked to play in London or perhaps a split schedule with the Jags in London. This move is looking worse by the week, they couldn't even fill a soccer stadium.
