Hugh? I have seen many times (including by me) a lack of faith in the personnel decision making, but I have never gotten the sense anyone here believes the coaches are trying to undermine the team.

What would you call it when several people who are not at every practice and meeting feel that they have a better idea as to who should play and that the coaches are holding back this team?

Because this staff played Graham ahead of Maddie last year. Because they played Graham ahead of Santa this year. Because they refused to play Huff last year and the first two games this year. Very questionable.
