All-time record ranking (winning %)
The all-time winning % for FBS football programs, includes FCS periods. In another thread, a UTEP fan posted a link to UTEP FB history, which was not impressive. Got me thinking about other's history. Figured I'd just post the rankings. These by no means discredit the young programs, because it is hard to jump in and just win. Also, doesn't indicate how good you are now because a lot of the wins could have came 20 years ago. ODU indicates they are/will be good, for such a young program to come in and do well and continue to improve. USM fans always talk about history, but there are some other programs that have a rich history and done very well. WKU, MTSU, and LaTech jump out. I was surprised to see Marshall not in top 50, but maybe they turned it ON in last 20 years. I also thought UAB had played more years than what they have.

#21 - ODU [111-66-4]
#32 - WKU [566-385-31]
#40 - USM [581-416-27]
#46 - MTSU [565-419-28]
#48 - LaTech [603-453-37]
#78 - Marshall [576-537-47]
#88 - UNT [499-498-33]
#113 - Rice [470-596-32]
#115 - UAB [119-154-2]
#122 - UTEP [394-577-28]
#124 - FAU [76-118-0]
#126 - FIU [57-123-0]
#126 - UTSA [33-39-0]
#126 - UNCC [16-32-0]
