There is an infinite amount of land available for whatever anyone wants to build. The limiting factor is money. The city + the BJCC + the County don't have the money for a dome by itself. They will barely be able to rub a couple quarters together and end up with an open air stadium. Please for the love of all that is good and holy stop asking where they will put a dome if they build an open stadium.
