Madigan keeps his 40 year winning streak alive.

32% tax increase and zero reforms to address the underlying issues that got us here in the first place. Just lovely.

Will now be interesting to see what happens with STF's master plan now that the state "budget" will no longer be an issue, or should we say excuse.
