NIU has satellite campuses around Chicago. There are campuses in Naperville and Hoffman Estates for classes. http://www.niu.edu/visit/maps/regional/index.shtml

It should be noted that Chicago-proper has a reverse commute. Many people live in the city and commute to the suburbs for work. The Naperville and Hoffman Estates campuses are easy to ge to.
