Would be a great rivalry and OOC rivals have been great for WAC schools like SU (EWU, UW), NMSU (UTEP, UNM) and UTRGV (TAMUCC, extends into every sport). Since the only WAC rivalry outside this board is GCU-NMSU, OOC rivals are much needed.

Along with UCR, I hope Cal Baptist and Bakersfield start a rivalry

I said it when they were added, and will continue to be all for a WAC Holy War between GCU & CBU. CBU is already following the GCU blueprint, right down to the "Live Your Purpose" slogan. I agree models of their arena are nice. I just liked it better when it was built in Phoenix and named GCU arena. (...though I am low-key jealous of the 4-sided video board that hangs over the court. Nice touch.)

Let me guess, CBU: 2000 seat upper level expansion in a couple years? Hahaha
