Depth and Tubby didn't coach 'em up as well as advertised.

So if Dedric leaves we have no viable options according to you and Tubby was supposed to "Coach them up". Sounds like you need to make up your mind.

No, if DL leaves that's the best player gone. Left with average point guard and KJ who can be pretty good but not as good as his brother. Jimario is just too slender. Markel can be very good but something went horribly wrong with him late.

Unsure on what we have with Clergeot.

Azab? As far as I can tell he was largely unrecruited.

Tubby failed to add any meaningful depth this year so all I see are incoming freshmen and whatever he can scrape up late.

Tubby really didn't coach up what he had and he failed to round out this year's roster and is not exactly setting the woods on fire with 2017 class.
