Exactly--more wins, more attendance. You want butts in the seats--put out a good product.

Let's look at Cleveland as an example:

Browns attendance:

Cavs attendance

Cleveland St. attendance

You'll notice that the Browns and the Vikings attendance is way down as a league average and as a 10-year trend, while the Indians and the Cavs are trending up in both categories.

If you win....people watch you and pay for tickets. If you suck, people quit buying tickets and watching you.

It's really that simple.
