You guys are way too positive...the sky is falling, and it is all Jeff Jones' fault because he can't recruit a fruit fly. 01-lauramac2 But I agree, if we can keep the relationship strong, it does not seem he is doing this to up his stock with other teams, but so he can develop and play for ODU next year.

Don't necessarily want to be lumped into the extreme "too positive" group, but this story isn't breaking news. This was known prior to his verbal. Now, if he does extremely well this upcoming season, could he have a sudden "change in heart"? Yes. However, his decision to go another year was not due to him "testing the waters"/"extending his recruiting"/"unsure of ODU"/etc. Not saying that they are the same player, but this is a very similar situation to that of Carver.
