I would be fine with any OVC, MVFC, Big Sky (EWU, Portland St, North Dakota, Northern Arizona, Weber St anyone), heck even the Big South I would be fine with since it's still better then what we have now. But the Patriot and SoCon (which were the conferences mentioned) are barely better then what we have now and considering this alliance will most likely require home and homes I do not agree with it. JMU has no business TRAVELING to play football at 75% of the teams in the Patriot or SoCon. Could you imagine JMU traveling to play Georgetown or Mercer?

Can you imagine JMU playing Monmouth, Presbyterian or Kennesaw State? Those are Big South teams.

If you think the Big South is a bigger deal than the Socon or Patriot, then I don't know what to tell you. Most people in the northeast and mid-Atlantic have heard of Patriot league schools. They all have a great reputation.
