This is correct for a tie at 9-9.

If the tie is at 10-8, Lipscomb gets the nod over UNF because, whoever loses the game for the 3-seed, both swept UNF. The loser would be 3-1 H2H, Lipscomb 2-2, and UNF 1-3.
