When they closed the Light Blue Lot and we were going to have to go to the White lot we asked for the Red garage to avoid the walk. The problem is the surrounding neighborhood have no parking. The Navy is closing Fleet Park (off Hampton Blvd near the base right before the Pass office). If ODU or the city could lease or buy the land and have shuttles that could work. I have always thought ODU was generous giving free parking. We could offset some costs by charging for shuttles and/or better lots.

Why not do what they do here in El Paso. There are shuttles from our Mall parking lots for three dollars per.
