Worst/Best Moments in ETSU History
Obviously the past 10 years or so have been an interesting, frustrating, (place your own adjective here).

To give us more to discuss during this slow season in college sports, I'm going to share my list of 10 worst decisions/moments in ETSU sports over the past, hmm, let's say 30 years. That takes us back to 1983. Yes, I'm googling to see what happened back then. Feel free to give or take a year in your list. Later, I'll share what I think are the best. But this should give us something to think about for the moment.

ETSU Athletics' Worst Moments in Past Three Decades:

1) Naming Dave Mullins as Athletic Director
2) Move to ASun Conference
TIE 2) Dropping Football
4) The Barry Dowd Years in Basketball
5) Hiring Murray Bartow as Basketball Coach
6) 1985 Football Season (0-10-1)
7) Worst bball season in school history: 2013
8) Paul Stanton named president of ETSU
9) Students vote down football referendum: 2007
10) Pitt not named athletic director (Yes, that was for you Pitt. It's hard to come up with #10)
