He's definitely clear this time.

Still like to see it from more than one AD to be convinced as its inconsistent with how they have done it in the past and it doesn't make sense for conferences to give up money just because a different conference expands (the $1 million has to come from somewhere). Even ADs have been wrong about details on things like this.
