These guys moved to Memphis and bought houses. They didn't rent apartments. Plus, to a man, they believe in the head coach.

We are going to have a program that we can be proud of.

^^^^THIS !!!! And also the fact that several assistants were offered, after the season, to leave for other positions and have decided to stay, IMO, speaks volumes for the direction of this program.
