This year’s out of conference schedule is ranked much higher than in previous year’s which is helping.
And, our conference is ranked much higher than the ASun which will help (if we have a reasonably successful conference record).

We are currently ranked 22nd in Real Time RPI and 25th in the Sagarin. The OVC is ranked 15th and 19th respectively. With only two games left before the beginning of conference play, having a decent rank before we start conference play may give us the opportunity for a better post season.

As predicted, we dropped to around 31 in the RPI since we started league play. Playing EKU and TSU this week should help us to stabilize our ranking, if we win, since they have a stronger RPI than the teams that we faced in the league so far.
