Mayor Alexander is expected to announce a major investment/expansion of the ERT on April 6th at Plum Point Park at 4pm.

Given the location of the event, it's likely a better connection from Chelsea to Fort Norfolk.

I posted a while back about the grant they received to work on the shoreline and trail near Harbor Park, so more details on that may also be included in the announcement.

Whatever it is, I'm hoping a better connection to ODU through West Ghent and Lambert's Point is included.
