I don't see the two as comparative. Give FIU some credit if this happens for them.

You are acting like they are hiring away a coaching superstar from a BCS power. Good for FIU, but if Randy Edsall had not left, FIU would not even have a shot at the guy...and Connecticut did not even finish in the top 25 of the final BCS rankings. I'm not saying it is not an accomplishment, just bringing it back to reality.
