You are assuming there is a market beyond 30,000. The facility wan't filled for the last game. There were not 10,000 people turned away. People didn't camp out for the remaining tickets. Right now, there is no market for additional seats.

There IS a market for suites and club seating...the regular seats are important...but Nippert needs the high end seating...
