No, here's how the arguement goes:

1. Toledo overinflates game balls, because everyone knows that overinflating balls wins key games.

2. BG plans to overinflate their game balls.

Conclusion: BG still loses key games because Omar can't handle overinflated balls, while Toledo wins because Bruce can.
