It's STILL segregation and unconstitutional. Ok, I want MY children to go to a school that has a MINIMUM of 100K capita per household. ...and it has NO ties to oppression of millions, so it should be allowed.
1) That school is completely constitutional.

Apparently, I may be wrong, but only on the segregation issue. I am still researching the validity of the Legislature to allocate funding for such a school.
