Specifically why other than that's what all the prog filth say
Kushner has less to lose than Biden/Trump, so he can be more freewheeling with his illicit behavior.
And he's more "under the radar" than a president. As such, and in theory, he is more easily able to get away with manipulating, cheating, lying, etc.
Jared Kushner’s father was indicted on 16 federal counts, and after a plea bargain, was sentenced to the maximum for both time in custody and financial penalties. Kushner was about 24-25 yrs. old when that happened and — just guessing here, but I’d say he probably remembers that episode quite vividly. And he knows or should know that he, personally, will be at or near the top of the Democrats’ shitlist for the rest of his life after working for Trump in the 2016 campaign and then serving in the administration after that.
None of this means that Kushner is innocent of whatever anti-Trump media is accusing him of. But from the standpoint of potential prosecution and incarceration, he has every bit as much to lose as Trump, and no he is not “under the radar” at all. The general public may have forgotten who he is, but Democrats have not and they will always be looking for opportunities to destroy his life whenever and wherever possible. Vanity Fair throwing a bucket of slime at him <2 weeks before the election is a reminder of that.
Fair points, N-Georgian. I allowed my cynicism to get the best of me with my post.
