The words "Unbiased" and "Neutral" do not actually exist in real life.

Yeah...and...

A poster just said that he believes or trusts CP and uses that as a source for credible information. The VAST majority of CP's threads are links to dubious outfits that are generally pretty unreliable or extremely biased.

Such esteemed institutions like:

The Gateway Pundit
The Post Millennial
Red State
Random substacks...which are mostly just someone's blog
Or some random twitter account

To be fair (and specific), Tom ... TB4E posted this: "I get most of my information from here, CP, or from other online sources."

He did not say he "he believes or trusts" those sources (as you note). He simply gets info (some of which he likely feels is not credible) from those sources.

I go to multiple sources to seek news. Sometimes I find info from those sources believable and sometimes I don't.

Maybe I'm dabbling in semantics, but ...

Having said this, I do find some of the sites CPhantom posts as highly dubious and lacking credibility.

Thanks, I was just going to respond to that. tommie can be a bit hyperbolic, as we all know.

The thing about most of CPs posts is that he does the same thing I do when creating a thread, and that is to copy and paste the headline first as the topic, then I copy it in the actual thread and use it as a link to the story, then I paste the article, or if it's long, I'll paste just a bit of it and provide a link again at the bottom.

CP doesn't usually deviate from that format. He is providing a story and a link to it, usually without commenting on the veracity of the story or the nature of the source. He allows one to form their own judgment.

Good points.

I kind of like that CP rarely comments on the articles he posts. I simply wish he would reduce the number of threads (as Stink notes ... it can somewhat clutter the board). And I wish Gitanole would reduce his thread numbers, too.
