What part of she accelerated her car, drove straight toward him and hit him did you not understand?

If a policeman attempts to arrest you, you resist, and attempt to cause him bodily harm to where he thinks his life is in danger, what the hell do you think is going to happen?

He shot her after he was clear of the car. You can see his feet to the side of the car. He’ll he was leaning around the A pillar for a better shot.

He was big mad she didn’t listen to them and executed her. If he hadn’t have shot she would have drove off and been arrested later.

Your first paragraph is absolutely incorrect. The first shot was dead on. You just have to look at the right video, instead of the one you prefer. It's clear as day.

And Jonathan Turley just said again that the shoot was absolutely legit, that it was clearly within the standard of Tennessee vs. Garner, the current governing law decision in cases like this.

On top of that, Turley said MN can indict him and attempt to bring him to trial, but the feds through the supremacy clause can move it to federal court and drop the case. And his superiors have already cleared him.

He will be potentially liable for civil lawsuits brought by the victim's family.

DHS Use of Force Policy - Use of Safe Tactics - Page 6 -

“ 2. Except where otherwise required by inspections or other operations, Authorized Officers/Agents should avoid standing directly in front of or behind a subject vehicle. Officers/agents should not place themselves in the path of a moving
vehicle or use their body to block a vehicle’s path.
3. Authorized Officers/Agents should avoid intentionally and unreasonably placing themselves in positions in which they have no alternative to using deadly force.”

The officer placed himself in front of the vehicle. He intentionally manufactured a situation where he could then say “she was coming right for me” and shoot her.

Page 7 -

“ Authorized Officers/Agents shall employ de-escalation tactics and techniques, when safe and feasible, that do not compromise law enforcement priorities.”

Given that he manufactured the justification for the use of force by moving in front of her car, he could have deescalated by simply moving out of the way. What he did was move out of the way, then shoot her.

You can see in this freeze frame that this is the moment of the first shot, the cloud of gas and glass is visible. His feet are clearly clear of the vehicle, he is leaning in front of it for a better shot.

Use of Force Policy- Page 9

“ Discharging a firearm at a person shall be done only with the intent of stopping that person from continuing the threatening behavior that justifies the use of deadly force.”

As you can clearly see from the officers location for shots two and three he continued to fire after there was no continued threat. Neither he or his partner were in front of the vehicle.

“ Deadly force shall not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing subject. However, deadly force is authorized to prevent the escape of a fleeing subject where the officer/agent has a reasonable belief that the subject poses a significant threat of death or serious physical harm to the officer/agent or others and such force is necessary to prevent escape. “

I assume the officer has no preexisting knowledge that this lady is a serial killer, and has no justification to fire to stop her from fleeing.

“ Authorized Officers/Agents shall not discharge their firearms at the operator of a moving vehicle, vessel, or aircraft unless deadly force is necessary, that is, when the officer/agent has a reasonable belief that the operator poses an imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death to the officer/agent or to another person.

Such deadly force may include a moving vehicle aimed at officers/agents or others present, but would not include a moving vehicle merely fleeing from officers/agents unless the vehicle or the escape of the subject poses an imminent threat of serious bodily injury or death to the officer/agent or to another person.“

Such force may include a moving vehicle, but the officer created the use of force situation by moving in front of the vehicle, could simply deescalate by moving, and instead chose to move then shoot and keep shooting after the threat ended.

This lady is dead because this guy didn’t follow policy, has a big ego, and would rather shoot than get out of the way.

She waved the officers around, masked men with guns ran up to her car, she reasonably felt threatened and attempted to drive away, and dude executed her in violation of DHA use of force and should stand trial in MN.

It’s pretty clear the motivations here. The Trump administration released the goons out without proper training because they want this to happen. They want a democrat governor to call up the national guard so they have legal authority to change orders and introduce the police state.

It’s sadly predictable that the **** your feelings crowd is now claiming that ice agents being called names is now grounds for them
To shoot civilians. I’ve agents continue to live up to the names they are being called too
