RE: ICE-involved shooting in Minneapolis
I'm very sorry the lady was shot. If I were the agent, I would have worried more about getting out of the way than stopping her. I mean, they could have gotten her license plate.

But I firmly believe he was within his legal rights to do what he did. Btw, I have watched the main video of the shooting a dozen times. That agent was absolutely standing in front of the vehicle when the driver hit the gas. The first bullet went right through the front windshield, aimed directly at the driver.

Also, I just heard the ex-acting ICE Director (Todd somebody) say that it was likely that MN would bring charges against the agent, but that due to the supremacy clause, and the fact he was discharging his official duties, the feds can move the case from MN to federal court, then either dismiss it, continue with a trial, or whatever, and MN can't do anything.

That's what would likely happen, but I'm sure MN will go ahead with charges to gain the political capital.

Also, if the Dems hadn't let in millions of unvetted illegals, we wouldn't really be in this position, would we?

EDIT: Paul Mauro, a defense attorney, former NYPD Inspector and Fox News Contributor, just said essentially the same exact things about the shooting on air.
