They are happy about this.

That is a fact.

Many of them are, for sure. Nearly all of the early comments on Reddit were cheering it on before the mods did a ton of cleanup. The hate is unreal. I don't think Reddit or social media is indicative of the left or the right as a whole, but those reactions are going to be the ones that get shared, and in my opinion, it's going to do some harm to the left. You can't claim the right is about violent rhetoric when nearly all of left wing Reddit is egging on these kinds of actions, and then wonder why people are leaving the party, and moderates don't care about them and will reluctantly give the Republicans a vote instead.

I'm neither left nor right, and at this point, I just want to get as far away as possible from the culture war as possible. This is too manic for me.

Yeahhh, Reddit is pretty wild right now. Lot of “Oh no. Anyway…” gifs and posting his quotes about supporting the second amendment and so on.

I don’t agree with Charlie Kirk on really anything, but I’d never wish him ill/dead. I pray I’m never in that state of mind where I lose my sense of humanity like that. Hopefully he pulls through.
