In case you haven't noticed everything is black-centric these days. Watch an hour of any MSM network TV show for proof of it. That concept extends to any special interest group who are disproportionately represented in the MSM and social media relative to the actual numbers within such groups but focuses primarily on blacks. My view may be colored somewhat by that fact that I work for a city government that has to be 98% staffed by blacks. Almost every facility is geared toward serving blacks. Libraries, community centers, senior centers,, police, fire, public works, transportation etc etal. To their credit they also serve anyone who walks through the door or is in need of a service.
