Thanks, although I read this as a suit to stop him doing this to others or for damages personally to Brennan...not so much just to get his clearance back, which was what I was referring to when I asked.

Anything commie knows he knows already, duh. If he’s not actively using the clearance cause he’s been fired, what possible damages could there be?
