No. The racism charge is disingenuous. Its used because you cant just come out and admit--we want more hispanic immigrants because we think increasing the number of uneducated poor people will improve the electorial map for democrats. Dems dont give a rats azz about anything other than power and the ability to spend other peoples money. Thats proven by the fact Dems didnt care about this issue when Obama was doing the same thing.

That said---frankly--republicans are only marginally better about spending other peoples money---but I'll take what I can get.
