Yes, he was a Muslim Brotherhood, but he was really cracking down on those ISIS backed group on the Sinai. After his removal, they took down a Russian plane, murdered a bunch of Christian Egyptian, and stuff like this. Egypt is just as lazy as Saudi Arabia is towards ISIS.

Sinai has been out of control for years. Egypt hasn’t been able to maintain law and order since getting it back after Camp David accords. And no Muslim Brotherhood government is a friend of ours.

That leader did more than what Egypt could do. He was actually working with Israel for peace with Palestinians, and got hamas to release the Israeli soldiers. Even Bibi was unhappy with what the Egyptian military did. He was more of a willing partner for peace.

it's hardly a surprise you back 'that' JC.....

only 0'bummer (along with those that voted for that dipshite) could've hoped to surpass his ineptness....

Why did the Israeli leaders praised him? He went after the Sunni terrorists, and Saudi Arabia's government got involved because they wanted to protect the ISIS terrorists. I would not be surprised that Saudi Arabians support funding for ISIS. They never got involved in the fight against terrorists.
