They may care about rising crime, but they don't blame politics they blame the criminals.

They may complain about regulations but they don't move out of the city or blame liberal politics.

You are just completely brain washed.

Have you ever lived in the big city?

I'm talking something over 500k?

Then the people where you live are spineless.

No, I have never lived in a city that large. I have little desire to even visit them, much less live there. I turned down a position with a Florida department because they required employees to live in their **** hole city. Would have been a $15k a year raise considering income tax but it wasn't worth sending my two young kids to third world level schools.

Again, I don't blame anyone for not wanting to live in a big city. They have a lot of problems that smaller towns just don't have. But at the same time, they have their own set of problems.

I had a wonderful conversation with the owner of a hotel I stayed at in Ruidoso, N.M. Which is a very small town.

He explained to me that he cannot stay fully staffed because most of the young people are on meth.

He also mentioned that they have a huge alcohol problem in that town.

The biggest problems that the small towns here have is illegal aliens choking their public safety and school budgets beyond what the tax base can support.

Perhaps if all the young people weren't on meth, they wouldn't have to hire "ilegal aliens".

If people in your town were willing to work as hard as "illegal aliens" do maybe you wouldn't have that problem.

Supply and demand.

My town is booming. My county is one of the fastest growing in the state. Our town and county law enforcement is top notch and tends to eradicate problems before they become widespread. There isn't a meth problem here. Besides, the small towns I'm referring to are predominantly black being as they are in the Corridor of Shame and meth isn't a drug of choice among the blacks in these parts.

And as I covered many, many times before people are willing to work as hard as illegals. They just want to be paid a living wage to do so and aren't willing to live 15 deep in a singlewide trailer with no running water and stealing electricity from the neighbors like the illegals do. They'd like to go home in the evenings instead of going around all night stealing copper wire out of other people's buildings or stealing farm gates to sell as scrap metal. Or like what happened to the property owner of our hunt club property....illegals were stealing his pine straw.
