I don't know about that, since Dantonio recruited heavily in OH and the Cincinnati area.

I am surprised the administration let him do that, but in the long run, it’s better that he just let those kids know where they stood with him, rather than use soft coercion, i.e., the old “I’m not going to pull your scholarship, but I’m not sure you really fit what I’m trying to do here.”

The esteemed senator Tuberville barely ever took over in Cincinnati. Your posting assumes too much.
