I believe that Tulane will put on the coart the best team in the last 6 years .
I would not be surprised if at the end of the season a NIT invite is extended.

Without looking at the schedule, I'll go out on a limb and say that with the number of seniors in the lineup they should be pretty competitive. What's probably good news at the moment is that some of the teams in the division are replacing key seniors from last year, thus Tulane has an opportunity to do some business in the conference while some of these other teams will be fairly young. As with any sport when Tulane has a number of seniors on a team it has a decent shot. They won 14 games last year and weren't too far away from taking 3 or 4 more in conference. They could win 17 or 18 this year, I'm thinking. Some keys will be playing with more consistency and getting the job done in the paint.

I agree. One important issue is Cincinnati, what is going to happen to this program in lieu of the fact their Coach, Huggins, will be for the most part, on the sidelines after suffering that heart attack last month.
Anyway, I think the Wave will have a good year.

How will the Wave match up against St. Louis and Southern Miss. I sort of follow both of them.

I think Tulane will match up well with just about anyone in the wide-open National Division of CUSA.
The Wave have more depth this year than any time in the last five years. All five starters return.
Most importantly, the veteran players on the team now are more comfortable with Coach Finney's press and run system.
