Rocket's Offer Minnesotat Post Player for 2022
Toledo has offered Donnelly, MN 6-8 Post Player Jackson Loge for the 2022 Class. Loge was named to the Minnesota High School All Junior Team after this past season and is blowing up at spring tournaments. Prep Hoops says that Loge is “an elite finisher around the glass and that his versatility on both ends of the court is through the roof”. His only other offer (so far) is North Dakota which obviously will increase as he gets more exposure at these spring/summer tournaments.

"Jackson Loge
of Minnesota Fury (MN). Jackson Loge
might use his pivot better than any player I have seen all year. Maybe all of last year and the year before that. What makes it even better is Loge is as comfortable with his right as he is his left. The touch is high percentage, the passing out of the post ranks with the best, and he can turn on just about anybody using either shoulder. Toledo offered Loge right after the Battle at the Lakes. "

Loge would fit in well at UT. He's the kind of big you play through. he takes his time, is strong with the ball and makes good moves and decisions. solidly built and the 6-8 looks about right on tape. plus, he's a really good easy jump shot shooter. if you play off him he can make those shots. as much as his game is about seeing everything unfold and making strong controlled plays, he also plays with an agressiveness. at his fairly weak level of high school comp he's a nasty instinctive shot blocker. not sure all those swats into the 5th row against 5-11 rural minnesota 16 year olds translates to D1 but his athleticism looks good enough that it won't hold him back at our level. Might get some more interest and bigger offers but not a good fit for a Big 10 type program, because they aren't gonna put him out there as a freshman or sophomore and run most of the offense through him-which is what Loge is real good at. so, he'll sit or play a role less suited to his development. at UT he would get used right and have a chance to play his game because we coach a style that runs a lot of our offense through skilled bigs who are strong and clever with the ball. Loge played well at this recent higher competition tournament. was on the all star team or something and got an offer right after from UT. I see him as promising recruit for MAC MWC Valley Summit programs.
