NFL AH Scenario: Saban overrules the doctors
Saban wanted to sign Brees when he was with the Dolphins. The team doctors famously said his shoulder was too hurt. But what if Saban overruled them and signs Brees anyway? LOTS of butterflies here!

I'd have to look at that roster though.... because Sean Peyton and his WRs have been magic in NO, would he have had the same offensive weapons and scheme/desire to pull something similar off in Miami... who knows...
