I say no! Let's derail and get this so off topic that it ends up a Banter All Time Classic on the same scale as the realignment thread!

Hard to respond to an article you can not access. Fortunately,Baleen finally posted a summary.

How to respond? Yep, that's a lot of players in the transfer portal.

Candles!?! I long for candles. The only light I've got is what seeps through the spaces between the floorboards.

I don't subscribe. WSJ is good for world news, but has fallen off on financial news. In college (less than 5 years ago for classes we were provided both), I found The Economist to be much better, but I don't pay for info you can get for free (don't ask).

It's not the 1900's anymore and I'm also not an Exec.

Based on the summary this info was provided in a bunch of other places as well non-subscription. Bombshell information on the current situation with the transfer portal and since Bobby hasn't given me the greatest impression on here, I didn't put in the 5-10 minute time to get around the paywall.

Floorboards!? I have merely a dirt floor, at least I guess that’s what’s under the bat guano.

I hear bat guano is a delicacy in some parts, and can fetch a mint. This may be your one-way ticket out of poverty.

I like this thread.

Haven’t laughed as much at a thread since the X troll who worked for Huntington Bank thought he was smarter than everybody else. Greg personally made him look like a moron in his unique and kind way.

That must have been 15 years ago. Any other of the “veterans” here remember that thread?

Oh man...that one needed a sticky, too.

Greg had a brilliant gift that would lead you to the self awareness that you purposefully walked into the mine field like an idiot but are now too embarrassed to accept the map out that he offered.

If it's not about firing Brannen then I'm not interested.

You understand you don't have to post about your lack of interest in a particular topic don't you? You are permitted to just move along.

Uh, Yeeeaaah.

Shhhh... don't tell Bcatbog, but my response was more of a little dig at his utter contempt at anything other than unwavering Brannen loyalty than a PSA as to my reading preferences.

You try to tell that to the young people of today. Would they believe you?

My favorite line is when he says “we had to get up a half an hr before we went to bed.”

But it's probably because my office is in my parents' basement 3 months out of the year, and in my wife's basement the other 9. That's why I rely on Yahoo for all of my daily news.

and sadly, Yahoo News joined up with the FAKE NEWS MSM and giving us fake news about President Trump.

Imagine being so fragile that you just have to bring up politics on a college sports forum.

I hope the visit encouraged him to work harder and to return to help the bearcats climb back to the top. I hope that Coach WM can grab some great talent off the Transfer Portal if he doesn't.
