I assume ASU will go hard after this transfer
Desi Sills has put his name in the Transfer Portal. He is originally from Jonesboro. Like for Darious Hall and Javon Franklin, the questions are- Does he want to go home? Does he want to move down a level? Going home may be less of an issue for Desi, because he never left the State. It is possible he may want to get away from Arkansas completely this time around. Or who knows, maybe Little Rock is a possibility.

RE: I assume ASU will go hard after this transfer
Based on Desi comments, on Twitter and Instagram, his ego is likely too big to "settle" for a Sun Belt school. I'll throw Memphis out as a possibility but, obviously, I have no clue.
