The Trojans won on the road again today, 11-5, to take the series from #22 ranked Southern Illinois. Little Rock also won Saturday’s game 11-5.

The Salukis are now 19-3 for the year, with two of their three losses coming to Little Rock. It was also SIU’s first series loss of the year! SIU had an RPI of 15 coming into today’s game, and the Trojans had an RPI of 95 coming into today according to the SIU announcers.

There’s just something special about this team. Exciting to follow. Hopefully I can make it to Gary Hogan sometime soon to see in person (I live about 3 hours outside of Little Rock so it’s tough).

I'll definitely make the Sunday home game v. Sun Belt contender South Alabama 2 weeks from today. But for this week, it's a home game w/UAPB before resuming Sun Belt play at Arkansas State. PLAY BALL!!!! #LittleRocksTeam

Temperature forecast is 50 degrees at game time. I'd be there if it was 70 and sunny, but 50 and cloudy won't cut it.
