Rams Vs. Redskins
Has this ever happened? Has there ever been an NFL game where the two featured running backs on opposing teams are former Tigers? I can't think of any off the top of my head. Hopefully, Henderson and Gibson have great days when the Rams play at Washington.

Calling Henderson the featured back for the Rams is a stretch. Rams don't have a featured running back. Case in point Henderson's lack of snaps and touches last week and week 1. Hence the lack of touches for Akers the first week. The lack of touches for Brown weeks 2 and 3.

I hope that Henderson gets more run today than he did last week.

Case in point? We will see if it happens. It might.

Both have the most touches on their teams. Henderson, the so called "stretch" as a feature back is the only Ram running back who has carried the ball. Both are as a matter of fact.

Well, neither had an outstanding day:

Henderson 15 rushes 38 yards

Gibson 11 rushes 27 yards

Each one averaged 2.5,yards per carry.

I would say Henderson with 68 total yards and 2 tds was a pretty damn good day in the offense he is in.

He had 74% of the carries last night against the 49s. 14/88yds. Rams lose 24-16. According to the box score, he also managed an amazing 4 yds receiving without a reception. :)
