If he had shown ANY sign of progression, sure, maybe I say he was not given enough time.

But dude was taking over a team that won back to back CAA Championships with Cacok for 2 MORE YEARS

Sure you may not win the CAA title right away or even be in contention

But there is absolutely no reason the team should have been a bottom feeder showing ZERO signs of life

If McGrath had stayed on, we very likely would not have won another game and had a more transfers after the season
