Saint Patrick's Day
I'll have my lime green Dropkick Murphy's T-shirt on today at the office but, alas, there will be very few folks working there (most working from home). No lovely female co-workers to regale with limericks. No St. Patrick's Day beer at a bar (all the Nashville bars are closed) after work. No NCAA Tournament games looming later this week.
It it times like these, folks, when we all should take a hard look in the mirror and be thankful for what do, indeed, have. We live in a wonderful country with so many freedoms and opportunities.
Our nation and this planet will battle through this difficult challenge and, perhaps, we will be so humbled by the experience that, collectively, we will be a better people.
May the Patron Saint of Ireland look down upon those of us who welcome such.
And may all of you stay strong in this time of challenge.

Yes, indeed. It might be a bit awkward (with no fans) but I appreciate what the band is doing for the fans and the symbolism of still playing on this special day. Enjoy!
