4 for 26
That's 15% shooting for our Ladies in the first half. Down only 9, and I doubt they can shoot much worse. Not sure why we can't score when we have a first team and third team All-Conference player (same as our men).

After 3, our shooting percentage is up to 18%. 3pt % is 7%. Down 13.

I haven’t seen the girls this year, but from keeping up with them I The paper and on FB, I also question how or why they can’t score better. But I always have heard that “you can’t make chicken salad without chicken.”

RE: 4 for 26
Actually was a pretty amazing comeback. Then after taking a one point lead, 2 of our upper classmen, Chastain and Lasker, missed 4 straight free throws giving App the chance for the win. I guess Foley's defense came through at the end. That's one thing that is always there even when you can't shoot the ball on the offensive end. I wouldn't put it past Foley and his girls to get the win tomorrow. They have to shoot better than they have the last few games.
Unfortunately, I probably won't be in New Orleans to cheer them on. My son, who is a physician, has my wife totally freaked about the coronavirus. He says we are a couple of weeks behind Italy and the U.S. will be hit hard in the next few weeks. The administration has treated the whole thing as a "hoax" and there will be millions of cases and a scary number of deaths before all is said and done. We are in the high risk group. He says he wouldn't go to a city that draws people from all over the country and world if he were us. Although my wife seems to realize the chances of us catching the virus in New Orleans, is very low, she does not see the point of taking a risk for a basketball game. I have been arguing on the opposite side, for a week, but the last 24 hours has pretty much changed my mind. Cancellation of the Ivy League tournament, cancellation of the campaign rallies by Biden and Bernie, the shut down of the whole country of Italy, cancellation of tours by Pearl Jam, Green Day, Madonna, Miley Cyrus, airlines cutting multiple flights, etc. have me convinced that this getting pretty serious. I would probably still go, if it was totally up to me alone, but I'm not going without my wife.
