I'm not sure 25-10 gets us in. 27-8 would do it though if 4 of those are tourney games, win 4 in the tourney it wont matter what our record is but I'm sure you know that.

25-10 should be our bottom ceiling; but this team still have a potential to make the run if Penny and co. figure out how to solve the TOs and zone defense that every team will throw at us after the Tulsa debacle.

If we finish regular season 23-8 we are in

Doubt we get there

Tulsa, Houston and others are in before us

This season is fixing to get real...

I hope I'm wrong

That is a schedule of opportunity. Let’s hope they don’t “throw it away.”

Get it?

Throw.... it.... away?

They are very well coached team and will throw some decent zones at us...I really see us loosing this. They almost came back and beat us at home.

I'd take 7-3 right now and be thrilled considering the way we have been playing.

Agree, I don't think there's any fans that wouldn't take a 7-3 finish. I can't see it with the TOs and without DJ but I would be ecstatic and we'd be comfortably in the tourney.

We are currently projected ad a 11 seed. 7-3 and we may just get in. I doubt 6-4 does

Hoping not but I see 4 losses left in the reg session. But this team can win them all or lose half of them.

sheeeeshh....how do you predict?

I thought we'd have 4 losses or so during JW suspension (F you NCAA). We only ended up losing to Georgia and WSU.

Penny continues to surpass my expectations. In recruiting. In game planning. In results.

This team has faced more adversity than any team in my memory.

Rayjon
Wiseman
DJ flu
Lester broken hand
DJ PCL

It's gotten to the point that we're a fun underdog story, as odd as that is after the pre-season expectations.

I'm with the 7-3 bunch

I also think that by tournament time we could win it in Fort Worth

THIS

Have overcome some extreme odds, throw out Tulsa as a one off (just an awful loss, it happens) and sitting at 17-4. Also started the season off without Dandridge. Due to the starting lineup with the former player that quit on his team, we most likely would have started 5 Freshman for most of the season, and would have 4 more coming off the bench. So most logical basketball fans should have expected at least 5, maybe 6 losses during the regular season, putting us, at let’s say 26-5 at best, heading into AAC tourney.

Realistically still may finish at 23-8, with a few wins in the tourney 25-9 or 26-9.

With the cards that’s been dealt us, very good season, and we will get in. I’m not a rah-rah guy, rather look at the situations. It appears, so many are negative and have us buried while the body is still warm.

“My teams on the floor”.

I think we should be able to beat USF and ECU at home. Every other remaining game could go either way, IMO. I agree that we need to go 7-3 to get in. That would make us 23-8, reg season. Anything less is iffy. Also would need to make the AACT semis.
