Not saying that so we would be the better choice necessarily, just making an observation about Houston.
I can see that as well but Houston voice would be no louder than TCU or Baylor. Plus a lot of Alum is in Houston they would fill that place in orange. Maybe even make the game Texans stadium or do like the gators and bulldogs and play it at neutral site at Jerry’s world. Too much money involved with the city of Houston for UH to be over looked.

Houston does have a lot going for them. I just do not see a scenario where Texas, or any other TX school for that matter, would want to add another in-state team to fight for local recruits. Why not expand their recruiting to another area? Just a semi-ignorant fan's opinion 04-cheers

No I agree with you! Why not steal some recruits from an SEC team, and have B-BALL team that will be consistently in top 25.

*Shouting from the back of the room* Yeah..YEAH!!

I have always assumed our biggest crutch is our academics.

Plus being a commuter school and the off campus stadium.

Really hard imagining the Tigers without the Liberty Bowl.

I know but we need it! All we need is stadium about Vandys size and we would fill that place out. Make it feel that we are on top of the field.
