USM and FAU probably have the better returning QBs in CUSA. So does 2020 UAB depend on Johnston?

I would say that our offensive line play will determine our success.

I think Johnston will be fine with an improved offensive line and taking the off season to heal from his injuries. Johnston had the sophomore jinx season so hopefully with the help of the QB coach and better play calling he gets his mojo back!
