Oddly enough, I couldn't find Zakyia Weathersby's height listed on the UAB website. So I went to her junior college, Jones College and she is listed as 6'3". Is that reliable? Probably not. But most coaches tend to exaggerate players height anyway.
UAB has the number one scoring offense in Con USA. Childress average of 17.9 ppg leads the conference. They are the league's best three point shooting team, 41.1 %. (Ranks 4th in the nation) And their assist of 18.08 leads the conference. (Tied for 18th in the nation) They are an offensive minded team. And they have the stats to back it up.
So they spread out the ball. They sub players in and out a lot. They have good shot selection on the outside and two players shooting over 60 (!) from the floor down low. Don't get me wrong, they can play defense. But they are really good on offense.
