An old friend of mine, who used to work in the Northwestern athletic department, told me years ago that when Michigan and Ohio State compete, 9 Big Ten programs (this was before expansion) want Ohio State to win.

Michigan is despised by its entire conference. Easy to see why.

Of course now, MSU fans have become just as bad.

The best part of the UM-MSU game is that one of them has GOT to lose.

Sparty loses. Maybe Dontoni retires and they hire Fickle, and Cinci hires McElwain, getting him out of the MAC.

Would prefer he doesn't leave Sparty till the season we play them again, tho.

I shut it off in the 3rd. WF looked awful.

I jinxed them by watching. Whenever I want a team I don't like to lose and watch them, they win. Whenever I want a team I don't like to lose and don't watch them, they lose.

Good news is Dantoni should be back for next year. I think everyone in the Big 10 is happy about that.
